2.0 oz Hangar One Buddha's Hand Citron
1.5 oz St. George Terroir Gin
Fresh squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz honey simple syrup
Rhubarb Bitters
Combine gin, vodka, lemon juice & simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake, pour into an up glass, add a few dashes of rhubarb bitters, and garnish with a lemon wedge
