1.5 oz Hangar One Buddha's Hand Citron
1.5 oz St George Dry Rye Gin
Rinse of Tempus Fugit Creme de Violette
Lemon Glass
Dried Violet Flower

Freeze the rinse and cherry to the botton of the martini glass with liquid Nitrogen. Mix vodka, gin and violet flower in a mixing bowl, stirring and freezing with liquid nitrogen. The consistency should be like ice cream. Spoon this slurry into the cocktail glass. Hard freeze lemon juice with the nitrogen, breaking into small pieces as it freezes, sprinkle on the cocktail. Garnish with a violet and a spray of the creme de violette
