Cocoa Caliente

1 oz Hangar One Vodka Straight Infused with Habanero
Sparkling wine
1 oz green tea grenadine liqueur
3-4 dashes Aztec chocolate bitters
4 mint leaves
1 brown sugar cube

Muddle brown sugar cube w/ aztec chocolate bitters and grenadine liqueur and shake over ice. Double strain into a clean mixing glass and dry shake for frothiness, then pour into flute. Top w/ spakling wine and garnish w/ dark chocolate shavings
