Hangar One California Cocktail Contest: SF - Zeppelina

1 1/2 Hangar One Vodka Straight
1/4 gran classico
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz egg white
2-4 dips rosewater
1/2 simple syrup
top with soda

Combine ingredients, dry shake, add ice, shake, and strain into glass. Top with soda, add drops of rose water, and garnish with grapefruit peel.
