0.75 oz Kaffir lime simple syrup
0.75 oz cynar
1 oz cucumber juice
2 oz carrot juice
Juice of 1/2 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Pour in a rock glass, and garnish with a pair of english cucumbers "ears"
