Peruvian Recluse

1 1/2 Hangar One Vodka Spiced Pear
1/2 oz Pisco
1/4 oz spice ginger syrup
egg whites
1/2 oz grapefruit juice
Sugar cube pure
Bittermens burlesgue bitters
pinch of cayenne

Muddle sugar cube soaked in bitters, add all the ingredients, dry shake add ice, shake again, strain and serve!
