1 1/2 oz Hangar One Mandarin Blossom Vodka
1 1/2 creme anglaise
Splash Orange Liqueur
1 egg white
Bruleed orange peel

Mix all the ingredients without ice and shake, add ice + orange peel and shake, strain and garnish with orange peel
