Aztec Raspberry
1 1/2 oz Hangar One Fraser River Raspberry
1 egg white
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3-4 dash aztec chocolate bitters
Isolate egg white in mixing glass, add lemon, sugar, Hangar One vodka to glass. Shake w/out ice with a spring form hawthorne strainer. Remove spring. Add ice, shake again vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Top with bitters, swirl bitters
