The Granny Hangar

2 Oz Hangar One Straight
1 oz fresh pressed granny smith apple juice
1 oz fresh squeezed meyer lemon juice
3/4 pure cane sugar syrup
1 oz pasteurized egg white
2 dash peychaud's bitters
3 dash baked apple bitters

dry shake all ingredients, add ice, hard shake serve in a rocks glass garnish with pear & candied orange peel
