1 1/2 oz Hangar One Straight
5 Honeycrisp apple cubes
3/4 Benedictine
splash of lemon juice
2 dashes barkeep baked apple bitters
top w/ prosecco
Muddle the apples, then add Hangar One Straight, Benedictine, lemon juice, baked apple bitters. Shake, then fine strain into a coupe. Fill with prosecco. Grate nutmeg on top
