El Mandarino
2 oz Hangar One Chipotle
2 oz Satsuma mandarin juice
1/4 oz Aperol
splash of cream
3 drops orange bitters
Shake all the ingredients above with vigorous strength, strain pour in a champagne flute, top with a loose whipped cream sweetened with a mandarin infused syrup. Garnish with zest of mandarin, chipotle flakes & smoke sea salt
