1 1/2 oz Hangar One Chipotle vodka
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Garnish: Sriracha Sauce rim, kosher salt, grilled shiso pepper
Mix Hangar One Chipotle, simple & lemon in glass- rim rocks glass with Sriracha chili pepper sauce, dip in kosher salt, add ice, then add ice to vodka/lemon/simple & shake vigorously (approx 10-15 seconds), strain over rocks-filled glass & garnish with grilled pepper. It's a spicy meatball, eh?
