Thai Ice Pick

Ingredients:
2 oz Hangar One Kaffir Lime Vodka
1 oz Chai Tea simple syrup
Shake and strain over ice in a Brandy Snifter
1 oz heavy whipping cream
1/2 oz sweetened condensed milk

Procedure:
Shake and strain into jigger
Use bonzer spoon to float on top of drink
Garnish with a lime wheel and orchid if you'd like
