1 oz Hangar One Straight vodka
1 oz Aperol
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
5 raspberries
1 lemon wedge
Sparkling Wine

Muddle raspberries, lemon wedge, and syrup. Add Hangar One and Aperol. Shake and double strain into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine.
