3 oz Spiced Pear syrup w/ Yuzu
1/2 oz Honey Bleu Cheese Shrub
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
Incorporate all ingredients and stir. Add pinch of salt and garnish w/honeycomb, pear, and cheese
