1.5 oz Hangar One Straight vodka
One serrano pepper
1 oz Simple Syrup
Sugar in the raw
Grapefruit juice
Cranberry juice
Add serrano and simple and muddle. Add vodka and juices and shake. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with sugar in the raw
