1.5 oz Hangar One Buddha's Hand Citron vodka
.75 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
.25 oz Raspberry Syrup
.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Combine all ingredients besides bitters in a shaker w/o ice. Shake with spring from strainer for 1 minute. Add ice. Shake for 10 more seconds. Strain and top w/3 dashes of bitters. Swirl bitters briefly
