The 2011 Hangar One Vodka Blimp Tour - Landing Cocktail Contest: Madison - Lemon Cream Pie

Chill martini glass and place off to side.
In shaker, mix:
2 oz Hangar One Buddha's Hand Citron vodka
1 oz Amaretto
The juice of one lemon (approx .5 oz)
Splash cream (approx .5 oz)
3 teaspoons of sugar (.5 oz)

Use lemon zest to wet the rim of the glass and coat the rim with Graham Cracker crumbs.

Shake drink and pour into glass, garnish with lemon zest, and sprinkle a small pinch of Graham Cracker crumbs atop drink before serving
