Muddle five large pieces of mint. On top of that, muddle five to seven peeled cucumber slices without seeds. Add the juice of one lime. Then add one ounce of simple syrup, followed by two ounces of Hangar One Kaffir Lime vodka. Add ice to the mixture and shake to bruise it. Then double strain into a pint glass. Fill glass with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with some mint leaves in cocktail and top off with a cucumber wheel and mint top
