The Honey Dipper

1.5 oz Hangar One Fraser River Raspberry
.75 oz Cucumber Infused Sweet White Vermouth
.75 oz Tomato Water
.25 oz Champagne Vinegar
.25 oz Honey Syrup
.75 oz Cava Rose

Add all ingredients but the Cava to a shaker tin, shake, strain over ice into a tall Collins glass, top with Cava, and garnish with an Heirloom Cherry Tomato slice and Sea Salt
